AIRPORT TRANSFER IS INCLUDED IN LONG TERM COURSE, JUNIOR AND YOUNG ADULTS AND 50 + COURSE.
TRANSFERS: Estudio Sampere will be responsible for transfers from the airport to the
accommodation/train/bus station if we receive five days before arrival to Spain: 1) Date and
Time of Arrival; 2) Airline and Flight Number; 3) Airport of origin.
All transfers are “one way”. Two friends, or a couple, traveling together and staying in the same
Sampere School will pay as one single person. The Transfer service is only available on Saturdays
and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 23:00/11:00 PM. Students arriving before 8:00 AM will have to
wait at the airport. Students arriving after 23:00 or on any other day should contact Estudio
Sampere Main Office before booking the transfer service.
Transfer from accommodation to the airport is also available, only on Saturdays and Sundays,
from 8:00 AM (Departure Time) to 23:00/11:00 PM (Departure time), at the same prices.
Students departing before 8:00 AM or after 23:00/11:00 PM, or on any other day, should contact
Estudio Sampere Main Office. |
INSURANCE
IN SPAIN |
For Spain, Estudio Sampere has arranged an
insurance policy in conjunction with an Spanish company.
This covers any student aged 13 to 75 years enrolled in Spanish
language courses at one
of our schools in Spain and costs 50 Euros for each block
of 16 weeks (1 to 16 weeks, 17 - 32 weeks, etc).
The Estudio Sampere insurance is compulsory for students
who require a visa. |

Transfer Quito / Guayaquil to Cuenca - Ecuador |
To reach Cuenca from abroad, one must first travel to Quito or Guayaquil, the two International airports in Ecuador. Many airlines from Europe and the US fly to Quito or/and Guayaquil airports. The transfer service offered by Sampere Ecuador is the same for both airports, so book the cheapest flight to Ecuador. The Quito/Guayaquil-Cuenca ticket must be purchased in Ecuador and the best day for arrival to Quito/Guayaquil is Saturday since it will not always be possible to connect with a Cuenca flight on the same day.
IMPORTANT! PASSPORT NUMBER IS NEEDED WHEN BOOKING THE TRANSFER SERVICE:
The Quito/Guayaquil-Cuenca transfer service offered by Sampere Cuenca includes:
- Meeting on arrival at Quito/Guayaquil airport by Sampere staff and transportation
to the hotel.
- Single room at a comfortable hotel with breakfast and taxes included
in
Quito/Guayaquil.
- Meeting on Sunday and transportation to Quito/Guayaquil airport, check-in at domestic flight terminal.

Quito/Guayaquil - Cuenca ticket. The return ticket can be purchased in Cuenca (aprox. 40 US$ ).
- Meeting on arrival at Cuenca airport and transportation to accommodation.

The Sampere schooö will be closed during some National and Local Holidays. There will be no make up classes due to National or Local Holidays except for One-to-One courses (5 to 40 lessons). Intensive courses will be suspended from Dezember 18, 2010 to January 2, 2011. One-to-One courses and special courses will take place during Christmas except on December 25 and 31. There will be no make up of any course, including One-to-One, due to absences of the student.
*Placement test and a tour of the city will take place on Feb 15, Apr 12 and May 24.
Classes will start on Tuesday.
